Good news has become a scarce commodity in Brazil’s automotive industry, particularly in the trucking sector which has suffered huge cuts in volume. An ailing economy, down 3.8% in 2015 and forecast to drop again in 2016, means the industries and businesses which OEMs such as MAN count amongst their customers are suddenly without the cash for new trucks.
