Although Jaguar Land Rover’s Brazilian factory has been assembling the Range Rover Evoque and Discovery Sport since February this year, it only officially opened in June. The OEM has committed £240m (R$750m, US$320m) to the facility, with most of this spent already on building construction, production equipment, tooling and training.
