More low-carbon vehicle tech projects secure govt funding

New research projects involving electrochemical vehicle advanced tech, efficient engines and fuels, get £6m from the UK government.

As part of the Research Councils UK (RCUK) Energy Programme, two new research projects in the UK, both focussing on the advancement of low-carbon vehicle technologies, will receive £6m (US$9.74m) from the country's Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC).
