Mahle’s Junker on building the mechatronics business

Automotive World speaks to Mahle's Heinz Junker on the significance of the Kokusan Denki acquisition

Mahle is strengthening its recently established mechatronics/electronics operations through the acquisition of Japanese supplier Kokusan Denki. Mahle and Kokusan Denki had previously collaborated on a handful of projects, and Mahle already held a nearly 39% stake in the company. It has now lifted this to about 90%.
