OEMs are investing heavily in new technology that many drivers never use and don't want

New research from J.D. Power indicates that vehicle manufacturers could be wasting millions of dollars on unwanted in-vehicle technology. Advances in electronics and connectivity have seen a tremendous influx of new features in the car, ranging from entertainment systems to parking assistants. To find out what drivers thought of these systems and how they used them, J.D. Power conducted its first ever Driver Interactive Vehicle Experience (DrIVE) Report.
