Navistar may be struggling with mounting losses and an EGR-only hangover, but that hasn't stopped its innovation efforts. The company is moving ahead with plans to offer over-the-air (OTA) reprogramming of engine control modules (ECM) for certain International truck models. Chief Executive Troy Clarke described the move as 'a revolutionary step in connectivity' and believes it will prove pivotal in reaching the company's long-term goals.
