Novelis set to make ‘further investments’ in aluminium strategy

Although a recent study by Tata Steel forecasts rising demand for steel in the automotive sector, aluminium suppliers have been witnessing considerable growth. Novelis, for example, has reported a net income of US$101m for the first quarter of fiscal year 2018, compared to US$24m during the same period of the previous year.
