A large drop off in sales of new vehicles has prompted OEMs manufacturing in Russia to further adjust their plans. Sales of new passenger vehicles and light commercial vehicles (LCV) in October 2015 dropped by 38.5% compared with 2014 levels, from 129,958 units to 81,407 units.
