No one does loyalty like the light truck players

Trucks bring big business for brands, and players are keen to keep their owners loyal. By Megan Lampinen

Loyalty is lucrative and brands invest heavily in retaining their customers. For now, nobody is doing it better than the light truck makers. Edmunds' latest study into light vehicle loyalty, which measures the rate of trade-ins that went towards the purchase of a vehicle in the same segment, puts trucks at the top of the charts.
