Open source could benefit all automotive stakeholders, says Microsoft

CASE mobility (connected, autonomous, shared and electric) has allowed tech giants to assert their computing expertise within the automotive industry. However, not all these giants are pursuing the same goals.

While the likes of Google, Amazon and Sony are taking a hands-on approach to autonomy, electrification and vehicle development, Microsoft is focused on the connected vehicle ecosystem.
