The goal for most in the auto industry is to see lower emissions, fewer crashes and less congestion on the roads. The rapid evolution of autonomous technology, which is growing in tandem with electrification and connectivity, has been a huge talking point for industry players. Issues of liability, safety and adoption are ongoing as more technology is integrated into vehicles. But is too much focus being put on perfecting of these technologies?
