A record Class 8 month – cause for celebration?

History will record June 2018 as a record month for Class 8 – but instead of celebrating, look at what the numbers mean for the truck market, cautions Oliver Dixon

ACT Research has published preliminary data for North American truck orders for June. At 42,200 units, June 2018’s order intake represented a 133.1% year-on-year increase, as well as a 18.5% sequential increase over May.
