Accurately assessing the mood of the global buying population is key to navigating the current uncertainty in today's global vehicle market. Capgemini's Cars Online report aims to do just that, polling 7,553 consumers around the world that are currently in the market for a new or leased vehicle. This is the 16th edition of the report, and a lot has changed since it launched, much of which stems from the digital revolution.
