Skoda’s Mlada Boleslav facility in the Czech Republic is the OEM’s largest. Currently its two production plants manufacture the Octavia, Rapid and Fabia models, whilst additional facilities including a foundry and forge handle production of engines, mechanical gearboxes and axles. The plant employs 20,000 workers.
