Smart eDVIR could help protect fleets from litigation

As litigation and nuclear verdicts become increasingly common, fleet operators can use cutting-edge eDVIR to cover their backs. By Stewart Burnett

Nuclear verdicts are on the rise across all industries. Defined as a jury-awarded sum that surpasses US$10m, the median nuclear verdict against a corporate defendant increased 95% from US$21.5m in 2020 to US$41.1m in 2022, according to an April 2023 report by communications firm Marathon Strategies.
