Reports that Apple has temporarily stalled on its car ambitions, reportedly because it was unable to agree on what an Apple car should look like, comes as a shock. It was widely assumed that Apple would want to stake its claim in the race to build the car of the future - but now it is clear the company still has plenty of work to do in this space.
Tesla, on the other hand, does not.
