Toyota’s heavy-duty fuel cell truck ‘is a Mirai on steroids’

At a recent event in Los Angeles, California, Toyota unveiled ‘Project Portal’ – a hydrogen fuel cell system designed for heavy-duty trucks. The system was demonstrated in a proof-of-concept truck, which will take part in a feasibility study examining the potential use of fuel cell technology in heavy-duty applications.
