Urbanisation driving electric light-duty growth, says Fuso

The Daimler subsidiary has now delivered more than 250 electric light-duty trucks to customers in Europe, Japan, the US and New Zealand. By Jack Hunsley

E-commerce demand has rocketed in recent years. The growing value of this market, combined with various incentives and subsidies designed to discourage continued fossil fuel usage, has allowed the electric light-duty vehicle to flourish in dense city centres.

This trend has meant good business for manufacturers such as Daimler’s Fuso.
