VW wants shareholders to set ‘signal for trust’ during biggest test yet

Volkswagen's 2016 annual general meeting (AGM) of shareholders, postponed due to the diesel crisis, finally took place on 22 June at the Deutsche Messe AG Exhibition Grounds in Hanover. While it shed no new light on the defeat device troubles it did offer a platform for management to reiterate the same messages sent last week regarding its new strategy.
