Awareness and interest in electric vehicles (EVs) is growing, but neither translates directly into booming sales. For many shoppers, part of the reluctance to go electric stems from cost perceptions. For others, it's the lack of models from which to choose. But for most who are not currently considering an EV for their next purchase, the biggest obstacle is charging infrastructure.
