As Chery moves forward its global strategy, the brand has evidently improved its brand fame and influence in the world market while winning numerous awards because of its excellent products and well-developed networks. The overseas achievements of Chery cannot be done without the painstaking efforts of Global Chery Staff, or without Chery’s adherence to the terminal network service.

Taking the philosophy of “learn from others and compete for skills”, Chery initiated in the beginning of 2018 the global sales skills competition in its global market. The competition follows the principle of “focusing on regional contests” and organizes regional contests before the global competition, spent three months organizing the regional contests in the core overseas market of Chery in Iran, Russia, Brazil, Chile, Argentina and Egypt. After the fierce competition, more than 20 elite salespeople in nine markets of Chery excelled to move into the Final in China.

The 2018 Chery Global Sales Skill Competition includes two parts, Qualification Competition and Final Competition. The Qualification Competition makes general evaluation through quiz of brand knowledge, practice in sales process and scenario rehearsal, etc. 2-3 elite salespeople are selected from different markets to compete in the Final Competition, which focuses on testing individual’s ability in quiz and practice. Emphasizing on product knowledge, brand knowledge, sales process, selling-point design and scenario rehearsal, etc., it aims to evaluate the competitors’ sales skills in a holistic way while ensuring the competition is fair. All contestants come from the exhibition halls in overseas regional markets. Though they have different skin colors and speak different languages, all contestants have rich experience in practice. It is believed fierce competition will be seen in the Final.

The overseas sales teams constitute cornerstone of Chery’s sales system. The 2018 Chery Global Sales Skills Competition, themed on KEEP SHARING & GO BEYOND, aims to establish the platform of sharing experience, training salespeople, encouraging elite salespeople from various markets to make exchanges and learn from each other while bringing back the sales experience gained in the competition to the local markets, and laying a solid foundation for the markets to make new sales records.
