DuPont will highlight alternative drivetrain technologies that are essential to achieving sustainable mobility goals during The Battery Show and Electric & Hybrid Vehicle Technology Expo in Stuttgart, Germany – May 7-9, 2019.
Exhibiting at Stand 510, DuPont will feature its AHEAD™ (Accelerating Hybrid-Electric Autonomous Driving) approach that combines adhesives, high-performance elastomers, electronic materials and high-performance fibers and films that deliver ease of assembly, long-term durability and strong, lightweight, electrically-friendly solutions for HEV and EV applications.
Experts from DuPont will host a live demonstration of multi-material battery pack solutions at their stand on Thursday, May 9 at 11:00. A full-size battery module prototype will show multi-material solutions for battery pack components and assembly. These products enhance structural integrity, thermal management, assembly efficiencies, NVH and lightweighting attributes for a more durable, longer-life battery pack. Solutions include: plastics, adhesives, films, electronic components, cables and connectors. Demonstrators are:
