Infineum announces a significant expansion in its local production capabilities in India with the establishment of a state-of-the-art blending facility. This strategic development will commence trial production mid-year 2025, with full-scale commercial blending operations expected to begin by the third quarter. The new facility will focus on blending sulfonate and salicylate packages, which are essential chemical additives for automotive lubricants.

This announcement highlights Infineum India’s focus on advancing its production infrastructure and enhancing service offerings to meet the growing demands of the Indian automotive market. The new manufacturing facility marks a significant milestone in Infineum’s efforts in one of the fastest-growing markets globally. In conjunction with this expansion announcement, Infineum India celebrated Infineum’s 25th anniversary with a customer seminar in Jaipur. The event, themed “Celebrating 25 years of Infineum: Navigating the Future Together,” saw participation from over 120 industry professionals and featured discussions on various industry topics.
