By April 26th, 50 units of SXQ3310G5N-4 gas heavy trucks customized by JMC Heavy Duty Vehicle Co., Ltd (“JMCH” for abbreviation) for Shanxi Jincheng Coal Industry Group have been successfully delivered to the Group’s logistics company and be put into operation, which makes new contribution to helping Shanxi energy saving and to implementing the green transformation of great-leap-forward development strategy. This is JMCH’S first big order from the group customer since its establishment.
Under the severe situation that the whole heavy truck market sales is on a continued downturn, JMCH makes full advantage of the plentiful coal bed methane resources and richly aerated outlets in Shanxi Province to develop its products and expand in the field of clean energy heavy vehicles continuously so as to achieve a leading position in the field. Featured by short wheelbase, light weight and stability, the Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) vehicle has been initiated by JMCH to enter the market. Shanxi Jincheng Coal Industry Group is a large state-owned coal enterprise with about 100,000 employees. It is also the country’s largest coal bed methane extraction and utilization base of the new energy with great demand for logistics and transportation. Marketing team aimed at the group and strived forward with initiative. They visited Shanxi Jincheng Coal Industry Group in an all-round way and had extensive contacts with all the logistics companies of the Group to give publicity to the technical characteristics and excellent performance of the gas heavy vehicles. What’s more, they provided free trial of a sample vehicle to the logistics company so that customers can have further understanding of the cost performance of the product. Through their unremitting efforts, Jincheng Mining Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement with JMCH and the gas heavy vehicles have become the prioritized vehicles for use of the Group. Meanwhile, the after-sale service team cooperated closely by setting up exclusive service stations and maintenance spots in the centralized area of gas vehicles. They provide 12 hours after-sale service and maintenance according to the “417”principle, which is to resolve small failures within 4 hours, normal failures within 1day and serious failures within 7 days. On the day before delivery, more than 100 working drivers took the pre-work training and the participation rate was 100%.
Currently, JMCH has established a long-tern business and strategic cooperation relationship with Shanxi Jincheng Coal Group. By the end of April, around 300 JMCH gas heavy vehicles of different models have been put into operation in grand total, which have won good economic and social benefits.
