Magna International Inc. is pleased to announce that its electronics manufacturing division in Zhangjiagang, China, has received Honda Motor’s (China) Excellent Supplier Award for product excellence and quality.
This annual award recognizes suppliers who achieve and maintain superior performance standards in cost, quality and delivery. The ceremony was held in Guangzhou City during the Honda China Annual Supplier Conference.
“This award reflects the continued pursuit of excellence that our Zhangjiangang electronics team delivers day in and day out,” said Simon Zhang, General Manager Magna Electronics Zhangjiagang. “As electronic systems continue to play a greater role in the vehicle, automakers are turning to suppliers like Magna which can deliver innovative solutions with high quality. We are extremely proud that Honda has awarded us with this recognition.”
Magna Electronics Zhangjiagang has approximately 130 employees and supplies cameras for driver assistance systems as well as various vehicle electronic components for several automakers including Honda, Ford, Fiat, Geely and Great Wall.
