MAHLE is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of original equipment components (OE) and systems for the automotive and commercial vehicle (CV) industries.

Forced induction, particularly through the use of a turbocharger, has been the preferred route to maximise engine performance for the CV sector for many years, which it is why it is important for those tasked with CV repair and service to have open access to a wide range of OE replacement turbochargers.

To aid them in this undertaking, MAHLE Aftermarket regularly brings new-to-range (NTR) turbochargers and related components into its aftermarket range and following references, which are now available from its distribution centre in Bilston, West Midlands, are testament to its commitment to the sector.

13 NTR turbocharger reverences covering DAF, Mercedes, MAN, Scania and Volvo trucks/buses join the existing range. Specific references include five for MAN: 228TC14481000 (F2000 1999 onwards), 228TC14666000 (F2000 19.414 1998-2000) 228TC1 4853000 (engine number D0826 LF01/02/05/07/08 1994 onwards) 228TC17920000 (D2876LF 2006 onwards) and 228TC17921000 (D2866LF31 2000 onwards).

To ensure that technicians are able to complete a successful turbocharger placement, the correct fitting kit is also extremely important. Therefore 13 NTR fitting kits for a combination of CV and LCV applications are now also available.

Notable additions include 04-10196-01 for the Mercedes Sprinter 2006 onwards and 04-10121-01 for the Scania 4 Series 1998 onwards.
