Nissan Motor Co., Ltd. today announced the following senior management appointments, effective Jan. 1, 2021. The new appointments are aimed at further strengthening Nissan’s leadership team to achieve the company’s business transformation plan, Nissan NEXT.
Yutaka Sanada, former regional senior vice president and head of Asia & Oceania (A&O) operations, has been promoted to corporate vice president, corporate strategy, special projects. He will report to Senior Vice President Hideaki Watanabe.
Yukio Ito, currently corporate vice president, Japan business, has been appointed corporate vice president, marketing and sales, Japan-ASEAN region. He will report to Executive Vice President Asako Hoshino.
