DS also provides its customers with 24/7 roadside assistance. Whether DS customers have had an accident, a puncture, lost their keys, or other similar incidents, DS Assistance is the brand’s free support service in the UK.
Breakdown assistance and recovery includes:

- Assistance with non-vehicle related faults (for example – a flat tyre)

DS DELIVERY VALET
DS has launched a bespoke home delivery service, which first happens in the UK. When the order for a new car is placed, there is the paid-option to have it delivered right to the customer’s home, place of work or chosen location. The new car will be prepared centrally and delivered in a special ONLY YOU DS Transporter on an agreed date and time to the chosen location. There they will also be met by the DS Expert Advisor, who will hand over the car and keys, explain the vehicle features and officiate with any necessary paperwork in order to complete the sale and handover. By offering a premium experience, directly to the customer, DS demonstrates once again that a bespoke service is a highly valued option. Pre-owned DS car purchases can also benefit from DS Delivery Valet to the customer’s chosen location.
DS SERVICE VALET
DS has launched DS SERVICE VALET to take the burden out of taking the car to be serviced by offering a fully integrated collection and delivery service, as part of the vehicle maintenance programme, when most convenient to the customer, possibly while at work or when the car is not in use.
DS CLUB PRIVILÈGE
DS has created DS CLUB PRIVILÈGE as a token of recognition for its loyal customers. Special events and private concerts, exhibition openings, cookery classes with Michelin-starred chefs or even a masterclass with leading French craftsmen are being envisaged – all available exclusively to DS owners and members of DS CLUB PRIVILÈGE.
