Following today’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, the Supervisory Board wishes to thank shareholders for their confidence and the adoption of resolutions 4 to 10 ratifying the appointment of or re-electing its members.
At the meeting that followed the Shareholders’ Meeting, the Supervisory Board of Peugeot S.A. noted the adoption of the seventh resolution re-electing Louis Gallois as a member of the Supervisory Board for a period of four years and unanimously decided to re-appoint him as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Mr Gallois has indicated that he will only hold this position for a period of two years.
The Supervisory Board also decided to re-appoint Frédéric Banzet as a non-voting member for a period of four years expiring on 24 April 2022.
Lastly, given the quality of the work done to date and the skills of each member of the Board and its committees, the Supervisory Board decided to keep the current committees in place without any changes to their membership.
