- Valeo’s annual shareholders’ meeting was held today
- Under the chairmanship of Pascal Colombani, chairman of the board of directors.
During the meeting, shareholders approved the 2013 financial statements that were published on February 20, 2014.
They also re-elected Noëlle Lenoir, Daniel Camus and Jérôme Contamine to the Board.
All of the other resolutions, including the payment of a dividend of €1.70 per share, were also adopted.
