BorgWarner reveals four new Chinese contracts, new e-motor

BorgWarner ramping up its presence in the Chinese market with supply deals for two major domestic automakers and one local supplier. By Stewart Burnett

BorgWarner has secured four new contracts with three major Chinese brands. All arrangements will see it provide motors and e-motors for two automakers’ and one supplier’s new energy vehicle platforms, with production expected to commence in August 2025 in two instances.
