Daimler Truck has signed a memorandum of understanding with BlackRock Renewable and NextEra Energy Resources to lay the foundation for a potential US truck charging infrastructure joint venture (JV). Initial funding for the planned JV is expected to come in at around US$650m which will be divided equally among the three parties.
