First Bus has deployed 24 new double-deckers e-buses in Aberdeen, Scotland, as part of a wider £12.7m (US$16.23m) investment. The funding also enabled the retrofitting of 12 existing diesel buses with electric powertrains, bringing the total number of e-buses in First Bus’ Aberdeen fleet to 36.
