A Canadian government-funded study into the performance of e-trucks, conducted by FPInnovations' PIT Group, has shared its early findings. Harsh local winters could hamper range by as much as 30-35%, but driver behaviour could also have a substantial impact; particularly the use of regenerative braking and the extent to which they heated the cabin.
