FT: Foxconn close to securing EV deal with Mitsubishi

Foxconn is “close to securing a contract” with Mitsubishi Motors to produce electric vehicles (EVs), according to a 20 March 2025 report by The Financial Times. Although the report is currently unconfirmed, this could represent the largest development to date in the Taiwanese manufacturing giant’s six-year efforts to break into EV production.
