ZF is looking to spin off its electrified drive technologies division in its entirety, according to an 18 February report in German newspaper Handelsblatt. The mood at the company is “disastrous” as it considers ways to increase its profitability, including 14,000 planned layoffs in Germany mostly in the e-drive division.
