Hyundai Mobis opens SDV-oriented R&D centre in India

Hyundai Mobis aims to establish the Hyderabad centre as a global hub for automotive software. By Stewart Burnett

Hyundai Mobis has opened a new integrated research and development centre in Hyderabad, India, to further parent company Hyundai’s software-defined vehicle (SDV) ambitions. The facility consolidates two existing R&D centres, established in 2007 and 2020 respectively, into a single large-scale unit with streamlined operations.
