Hyvia liquidates after failing to secure a buyer

After a protracted struggle for survival, Hyvia—the hydrogen truck joint venture between Renault and Plug Power—has reached the end of the line. It has announced its judicial liquidation and will see its assets dissolved after a lack of interest from external buyers in either a full takeover or purchase of parts of its business.
