Hydrogen truck maker Hyzon officially closed its doors permanently on 18 February 2025, following a vote to dissolve the company on 13 February. Shareholders of Hyzon, the brand which promised four years ago it would deliver 40,000 hydrogen-powered trucks in 2025, will soon meet to seek approval for a plan of dissolution.
