Stellantis invests €38m in Italy e-motor component production

The development is part of Stellantis’ broader plans to invest €2bn into Italian manufacturing over the course of 2025. By Stewart Burnett

Stellantis has announced it will invest a fresh €38m (US$41m) into its plant in Biella, Italy, to support future electric vehicle (EV) production by producing components for e-motors. The components will be used in vehicles built on Stellantis’ STLA Small platform, which serves as the foundation for the company’s next generation of compact EVs.
