The company has accumulated a sizeable list of purchases to support its seating business over the years, including Guilford Mills and Eagle Ottawa. Last year it brought in the expertise of AccuMED and Tempronics. These have now been followed up with the purchase of Grupo Antolin's automotive seating unit.
